EPA Training Center is certified by Rina Brasil, according to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. The scope of this certification covers: “Flight Training, Ground School, Special Trainings and ICAO English Proficiency Test.”
All courses, such as the use of the simulators, have fully defined processes and procedures that meet the strictest standards and criteria of EPA Quality Management System, which is also in accordance with ANAC requirement.
EPA considers essential set a high standard for quality in the management of activities related to pilot training, especially the ground school syllabus and simulator training program.
The opinion and feedback from customers is also a critical element for the continuous improvement of our processes and procedures. Therefore, to build and use a regular internal audit program covering all operational sectors of the company, as well as administrative support processes. The system handles complaints and nonconformities which are reported to our customers of any reported occurrence and the actions that were taken.
