EPA has more than 50 years of experience in training and training human resources for civil aviation. During all these years, the EPA has flown hundreds of thousands of hours of flight, always maintaining its pillars of quality, safety and professionalism. In addition, it trained hundreds of pilots, flight attendants and aircraft mechanic with a highly effective methodology, always aiming to expand the concepts of operational safety in all segments in which it operates.
With a long and respectable trajectory in the basic training of professionals for aviation, EPA opened a new business unit in the aeronautical market. In 2006, was the company chosen by Embraer to acquire the flight simulators for the Embraer 110 – Bandeirante and Embraer 120 – Brasilia. More than 15 companies, national and international, participated in this process, all linked to the training of human resources for national and international civil aviation. Thus, it was certified by the Brazilian Civil Aviation Authority (ANAC), according to tPart 142, as a Type Rating Training Organization.
In 2010, in partnership with FlightSafety International, it started operating the ERJ145 / Legacy 600 level D flight simulator, strengthening EPA Training Center brand as the largest Embraer training provider in Latin America.
Currently, EPA Training Center is the largest regional aircraft training provider in Latin America, operating ATR 42/72, ERJ-145 / Legacy 600, EMB-120 – Brasilia and EMB-110 – Bandeirante Full Flight Simulators, supporting business aviation operators, airlines and Armed Forces from more than 30 countries.
