‍2. I have more than one course. How do I switch between them?
After logging into the platform, you will be directed to the home screen. There, click on the “My Courses” option, where you can view and switch between all the courses you’ve purchased. Please note that only one course can be accessed at a time.

‍3. Can I access the course on any device?
Yes. The platform is compatible with computers, laptops, tablets, and mobile phones. However, the device must have a camera, as it will be used for facial recognition at certain points during the course.

‍4. Does the platform work on all browsers?
For better performance and compatibility, we recommend using Google Chrome.

‍5. Is there an app for access?
Currently, the platform does not have a dedicated app. Access must be done directly through the browser on your device, whether on a computer, mobile phone, or tablet.

🧭 Platform Features

1. Where can I find a user guide for the platform?
A video with general instructions is available right on the platform’s home screen. This material was created to help you navigate and use the main features from your very first access.

‍2. What is Distance Learning (EAD)?
EAD stands for "Ensino a Distância" (Distance Learning). It’s an education format that allows you to study online without being physically present in a classroom. Lessons, activities, and assessments are conducted online, offering more flexibility to fit your routine.

‍3. What is a VLE?
VLE stands for Virtual Learning Environment. It’s the space where all course content is available, including lessons, support materials, activities, assessments, and interaction tools.

‍4. Where can I find the support materials?
Supplementary materials are available within each course module and are unlocked as you progress. Just access the desired module to view the available resources.

‍5. How do I track my progress in the course?
You can track your performance on the platform’s home screen, where completed modules, overall average, and completed activities are displayed. You can also click on the “My Progress” option at the top of the screen.

‍6. Is there a deadline to complete the course?
The course is available for 12 months from the date of purchase, with unlimited access during this period.

📸 Facial Recognition and Security

1. How does facial recognition work?
Facial recognition is used at strategic moments in the course to ensure the virtual environment’s security and verify your identity. When needed, your device’s camera will activate automatically, and the platform will display the message “You are being recorded.” The system will then compare the captured image with the photo you uploaded to the platform.

‍2. How do I enable camera permission for facial recognition?
To allow camera usage, access the platform and click the padlock icon next to the site address in your browser. Then, find the “Camera” option and select “Allow.” After making this change, you must reload the page for the setting to take effect.

‍3. How do I upload my photo to the facial recognition system?
The photo should be uploaded after the VLE guide is presented. To do this, click the “Upload Area” option on the platform and follow the on-screen instructions. It’s recommended that the photo follows the same standards as official documents (e.g., ID or driver’s license), with good face visibility, in a well-lit setting, and with a neutral background.

‍4. Does the system notify me when it’s going to capture my image?
Yes. Whenever a facial verification process starts, the platform will notify you with the message “Starting recognition. You are being recorded!” This way, you’ll know exactly when the camera is in use.

‍5. I’m having camera issues during facial recognition. What should I do?
If facial recognition isn’t working properly, check if your device's camera permission is enabled. On a computer, go to your browser settings and confirm that the camera is allowed for the site. On a mobile device, go to system settings, find the browser you’re using, and enable camera access. If the issue persists after these steps, contact our support team so we can assist you.
